About Me

I use a student-centered approach to teaching, working with individual students and the golf swings that are unique to them. A one-size-fits-all approach to teaching does not benefit the student golfer, so each lesson is as unique as the individual.

I have more than 20 years' experience as a golf professional and am a member of the PGA of America who is certified in instruction. I was the first PGA Professional in Northeastern Pennsylvania to successfully complete the PGA's Certified Professional Program and am one of just a handful of Certified Instructors in Pennsylvania. Only 2 percent of the entire PGA membership have obtained the enhanced designation as PGA Certified Professionals. I also work nationally as an instructor with the prestigious PGA Golf Clinics for Women (pictured lower left with LPGA legend Jane Blalock and the PGA Golf Clinics for Women teaching team). Back home, I serve as teaching professional at Pocono Farms Country Club, just north of Mount Pocono, PA. In the winters, I work as a teaching professional at The Lakes Country Club in Palm Desert, California, in the greater Palm Springs area. As a member of the board of directors of the Pocono Junior Golf Tour, an organization that I ran for three years, I give back to the game that has given me so much. Working with kids has been a joy.
